Your Comments and where did you hear of us?

If you haven’t already planted up your summer baskets and tubs, make sure you use peat free compost, a moss free liner and as a way of saving time through the summer incorporate a slow release fertiliser and moisture retentive granules to the compost.

If you struggle with a wobbly basket when planting, pop it on top of a large flower pot or bucket - this will hold it still whilst planting and makes it easier still to water.

For year round colour in your baskets and tubs use hardy plants such as Ivy, Euonymus, miniature conifers or for a tasty basket why not plant tumbler tomatoes next to the kitchen door.

For the more organised of you that have planted up already, beware of cold nights and frosts and ensure you protect your plants until at least the beginning of June.
