To satisfy the needs of our ever increasing client base we are currently seeking
enthusiastic, self motivated individuals for the following position:
Experienced Hard landscape gardener
What you need and what you would do:
- A full and clean (ish) driving licence.
- You would preferably be experienced
in all of the following. Being able to undertake these tasks in an
organised and efficient manner to a high standard and in line with current
regulations and manufacturers guide lines.
- Pond Construction
- Installation of patios and paths.
- Associated ground works and drainage.
- Turfing.
- A flexible approach to work, there will be the necessity to work late
sometimes and some Saturdays. There will also be at times that requires
for you to assist other parts of the business.
- Working to deadlines,
recognising work schedules and focusing on ending tasks correspondingly.
- Being
site savvy and responsible. Preparing method statements and risk assessments
as required, exercising common sense and being diligently mindful of
health and safety in the work place.
- Working often with a semi skilled
labourer. You must be able to support a healthy working relationship,
ensure good productivity and give clear instruction as necessary. Respond
to training needs and maintain overall charge.
- You must be customer
focused and courteous, communicate clearly and always look to exceed
the client’s expectations.
- Undertake necessary paperwork fully, efficiently
and to time.

- Tree experience
- Brick laying experience
What would you get.
- The use of a company van, assuming you meet the criteria set out by
us and our insurers.
- Salary between £18,000.00and £22,000.00
dependant on experience
